Precision-crafted components for diverse industrial applications
A step-by-step journey from design to finished product
Precision dies are created to form the wax patterns. Our advanced tooling ensures accuracy and repeatability for consistent results.

Molten wax is injected into the dies to create precise patterns. Each pattern is carefully inspected for quality and dimensional accuracy.
Multiple wax patterns are assembled onto a central sprue system, creating a tree-like structure ready for shell building.

The assembled pattern is dipped into ceramic slurry and stuccoed multiple times to build a strong, heat-resistant ceramic shell.
The ceramic shell is heated to melt and remove the wax, leaving a hollow cavity in the exact shape of the desired part.

Molten metal is poured into the preheated shell. After cooling, the shell is removed and parts are cut, finished, and inspected to meet specifications.
Our investment casting process delivers exceptional quality parts ready for your applications

Each component undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material integrity.
